LIFE FORCE THERAPY CENTER
ABOUT ME

I believe that healing happens through authentic connection, curiosity, and the courage to create a different story.
I earned my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University, along with a graduate certificate in Addiction Treatment and advanced training with an emphasis in Play Therapy.
My clinical foundation was built through several years of community mental health work, where I had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating complex life challenges.
Since entering private practice in 2023, I have continued to help clients move from surviving to thriving by combining evidence-based therapeutic approaches with warmth, creativity, and genuine human connection.
My work is grounded in Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and play-based interventions that honor each person's unique strengths and experiences.
Whether I am working with a young child through play, supporting a couple rebuilding connection, or helping an individual rediscover hope, my goal is always the same: to create a safe, collaborative space where meaningful and lasting change can occur.
Beyond my professional life, I am most proud of being the mother of three incredible grown children. Becoming a mother at a young age shaped the therapist I am today, teaching me resilience, compassion, and the profound importance of healthy relationships. Those life experiences, together with my professional training, continue to influence the way I show up for every client—with authenticity, curiosity, and deep respect for each person's journey.

It is an honor to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families as they rediscover their strengths, reclaim their stories, and build lives that reflect who they truly are.
